The ideal candidate has 2+ years of desktop support experience, proficiency with Windows 10, and hands-on experience with PC/Mac software installation and hardware deployment. This is a fully onsite position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in desktop support or related roles.
• Experience with Windows 10.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PC/Mac software.
• Troubleshooting PCs, Macs, printers/scanners, and mobile devices.
• Experience with LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to end users and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain conference room technology across the site.
• Deploy software, licenses, hardware, and new PC/Mac deployments.
• This is a fully onsite role at our Michigan location.
