Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our on-site IT team in Michigan. The role focuses on supporting end-user devices, applications, and conference-room tech to ensure smooth operations and high user satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of desktop support experience, proficiency with Windows 10, and hands-on experience with PC/Mac software installation and hardware deployment. This is a fully onsite position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in desktop support or related roles.
• Experience with Windows 10.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PC/Mac software.
• Troubleshooting PCs, Macs, printers/scanners, and mobile devices.
• Experience with LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies and support.

Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain conference room technology across the site.

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing desktop support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with systems and applications, preferably in the Mortgage industry. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting end user devices including PC's, Macs, Printer/Scanners, mobile devices, and more. You will set up, troubleshoot, and maintain conference room technology support throughout the site. You will be responsible for deploying various software and related licenses as well as hardware and new PC/Mac deployments. This will be a fully onsite role.
