Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field or 2 years of field experience.
• A+ Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure company hardware, software, and operating systems for new and existing users.
• Perform DUO administration for user authentication and device resets.
• Image laptops and set up for new hires and existing employees.
• Provide encryption keys and security configuration as required.
• Support, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software across the organization.
• Manage desktop software installations and updates; handle ServiceNow incident queue.
