Job summary

Qualifications

• An associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred; A+ certification is a plus.
• Strong hardware, software, and OS troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain company hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Configure and deploy hardware to new users and upgrade existing equipment.
• Perform DUO administration for users.
• Imaging laptops and setting up for new and existing employees.
• Provide encryption keys and assist with security processes.
• Manage desktop support tickets in ServiceNow.
• Assist with asset management and inventory tasks.
