Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/Associates with 4+ years of experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks is required.
• Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Experience with ticketing systems and monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical consultation, analysis, and assistance to users and business teams.
• Identify and recommend hardware, software, and technology solutions to support operations.
• Evaluate risks and improve system uptime, data integrity, and reliability.
• Lead technology improvement efforts and reduce operational risk.
• Review and propose improvements to configurations and processes for security and compliance.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and other teams on technology decisions.
