Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 8+ years of relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary with an Associates degree and 4+ years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical consultation, analysis, and assistance to users, manufacturing, engineering, and business teams.
- Evaluate technology needs, assess risks, and recommend IT solutions to support uptime, data integrity, and resiliency.
- Identify and implement hardware, software, and technology solutions to enable business operations.
- Lead technology improvement efforts to reduce operational risk and improve reliability.
- Review and enhance technology configurations, standards, and processes for security and compliance.
