Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years’ experience, or an Associate’s with 4+ years.

Responsibilities

• Work with users to understand their technology needs and determine the tools required to support their work.
• Identify and recommend hardware, software, and technology solutions that help the business operate effectively.
• Evaluate technology risks and identify solutions that reduce business disruption and improve reliability.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing, engineering, and other business teams regarding technology decisions and solutions.
• Review existing technology and recommend improvements, standards, and long-term solutions that support business needs.
• Lead technology improvement efforts that help the organization operate more effectively and reduce operational risk.
• Analyze system performance, assess capacity requirements, and identify underlying causes of technology issues that may impact operational performance.
