• Manages desktop peripheral inventory and assets; keeps records up to date and updates the inventory system when computers are installed or moved.
• Participates in evaluating products for compatibility, flexibility, and ease of use including mainframe application options.
• Performs installation and configuration of hardware and software applications.
• Provides technical support and incident resolution; offers initial training and handles desktop moves as required.
