Job summary

• Maintains desktop inventory and asset records; updates inventory system.
• Evaluates products for compatibility and ease of use with mainframe applications.
• Performs installation and configuration of hardware and software.
• Provides technical support and incident resolution; trains customers on system use; conducts desktop moves as needed.
