UNC Health in Raleigh, NC is seeking an End User Support professional responsible for installing, configuring, and managing desktops, portable computers, and related peripherals across a multi-platform network. You will ensure end-user productivity by solving technical issues and evaluating options with mainframe applications.

Responsabilités

• Assists in ensuring network security by enforcing passwords, antivirus, encryption; manages user profiles and file security.
• Manages desktop peripheral inventory and assists with asset management; maintains accurate device records.
• Evaluates products for compatibility, flexibility, and ease of use, including mainframe application options.
• Installs and configures hardware and software applications.
• Provides technical support and incident resolution; offers initial training and performs desktop moves as needed.
