Job summary

• Participates in evaluating products for compatibility, flexibility and ease of use including mainframe application options.
• Performs installation and configuration of hardware and software applications.
• Provides customers with technical support and incident resolution related to hardware and software; conducts initial training and performs desktop moves as needed.
