TEKsystems is seeking a deskside IT Technician for an onsite contract role based in Sunnyvale, CA (Cupertino as needed). You will provide end-user support for Windows and macOS, troubleshoot hardware, and handle installation and de-installation of desktops and laptops for a 150–200 user environment.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 3 years in desktop support, experience in corporate IT, and comfortable using ServiceNow and Skype for ticketing and communication.

Qualifications

• Day to Day support of end users onsite
• 6 months to 3 years target experience providing hands on desktop support
• Experience in a corporate or retail IT Support environment
• Windows 10/11 and MacOS troubleshooting experience
• General networking support
• Desktop/Laptop Installation/de-installation experience

Responsabilités

• Provide deskside end-user support onsite
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS on devices
• Support LAN/Networking in a corporate environment
• Install and de-install desktops and laptops as needed
• Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and Skype for communication
• Maintain documentation and assist in user onboarding
