Job summary

OpenKyber is seeking a talented Deskside Support professional for a 12-month contract in Seattle, WA. The role covers onsite and remote assistance across Windows, Mac OSX, Linux, iOS, and Android, with emphasis on hardware and software troubleshooting and asset management.

Responsibilities include system administration for Mac and Windows, new hire onboarding, tech refresh, user training, site support, print and telecom support, and proactive asset reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to provide onsite and remote IT support across Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools and ticketing systems such as JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Strong hardware/software troubleshooting, asset management, and end-user training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote assistance to identify and resolve issues across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty laptop/desktop replacements.
• Induct new hires and support tech refresh of devices.
• Train users and create resources to enhance technology proficiency.
