Job summary

F2OnSite is seeking a reliable Desktop Support Technician for part-time 20 hours per week onsite in Plano, TX. You will provide hands-on end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and maintain security practices.

You will document issues in the ticketing system, assist with AD, Office 365, VPN, and perform basic imaging and deployment tasks, while delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of desktop support or help desk experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows desktops/laptops and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, networking, printers, imaging tools, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, network connectivity, and application issues.
• Install, configure, image, and deploy desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software.
