Accenture Flex is seeking a Desk Side Engineer - Level 2 for a 100% onsite, five-day-a-week role at the client location in Plainview, NY. You will support end-user devices, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and onboard new users in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Deskside Support Specialist (hardware configuration & support).
• Imaging workstations (desktops/laptops) and VPN/VDI support experience.
• Inventory management of corporate assets; able to multitask hardware issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone/email support and project-based work.
• Respond to tickets and emails; troubleshoot incidents to resolution.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain desktop hardware and business applications.
