Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy NOSC Manager to lead 24/7 network operations at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will oversee incident response, ensure security compliance, and mentor engineers across CNS/DoW platforms.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and hands-on leadership in enterprise networks, RMF/NIST processes, and DoW standards. On-site schedule with standard weekday hours applies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience; masters with 6+ years acceptable.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level DoW/federal networks.
• CompTIA Security+ or IAT Level II equivalent certification.
• Must possess an active Top Secret with SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Network oversight of 24/7 NOSC operations, incident response, and issue resolution.
• Supervise and mentor network engineers, admins, and analysts.
• Oversee incident prioritization and cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure RMF and NIST policy compliance across DoW networks.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement reliability improvements.
• Provide detailed status and performance reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with DoW components, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop training programs to maintain team readiness.
• Backfill shifts as needed.
