Job summary

You will diagnose failures, replace components, coordinate with internal teams, document activities, and participate in on-call rotations. Contract through 12/31/2026; hours are 8–5, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise servers and data center hardware
• Experience with hardware diagnostics and component replacement
• Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to customer sites

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for enterprise server hardware
• Diagnose and resolve server hardware failures to minimize downtime
• Perform hardware installation, removal, and replacement of components
• Troubleshoot BIOS/firmware, diagnostics, and server management tools
• Document service activities and resolutions for customers
• Work with customers and internal teams during service events
• Participate in on-call rotations and extended coverage as required
