ThompsonGas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support growth through customer retention, new acquisition, and support. The role involves inbound/outbound calls, data entry, and upselling in a fast-paced environment.

This is an onsite position with duties including handling orders, billing questions, and maintaining customer accounts in CARGAS and MPX systems. Weekend OT may be needed during busy seasons.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience (Call center preferred).
• Sales experience strongly preferred; ability to upsell in a competitive environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and uncover sales and service opportunities.
• Evaluate methods to meet customer needs and develop leads.
• Address inquiries including pricing, billing, products and new accounts.
