Ideal candidates bring sales experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CARGAS/MPX systems. OT and weekend flexibility is noted, with a focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Sales experience strongly preferred; ability to upsell products in a highly competitive environment.
• Previous experience with CARGAS and MPX systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales and customer support calls with professionalism and accuracy.
• Perform data entry and maintain customer account information in CARGAS and MPX systems.
• Address pricing, billing, product inquiries, grievances and new account setup.
