Job summary

Daily duties include assisting via phone and email, resolving complaints, diagnosing issues, monitoring delivery routes, and processing delivery changes. A high school diploma and 1 year call center experience are preferred, with strong Office program proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of related call center experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized while handling customer inquiries.
