Job summary

TalentBridge in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract role onsite. The position pays up to $17/hour and offers daily schedules such as Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, with weekend days off.

You will assist customers, partners, and drivers by phone and email, resolve issues, and coordinate changes to delivery orders in a fast-paced delivery environment. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related customer service experience
• Previous call center experience is a plus
• Delivery, transportation, or logistics exposure is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential
• Ability to work effectively under pressure

Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $17/hour

• Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  Friday & Saturday off
• Tuesday–Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  Sunday & Monday off

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers in a fast-paced delivery environment. You’ll help keep deliveries on track, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate order changes while providing excellent service.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues

What You’ll Need

Required:

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of related customer service experience
• Previous call center experience
• Experience in delivery, transportation, or logistics
• Ability to remain calm and professional while resolving customer concerns
