Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers while ensuring a smooth delivery experience. The role is onsite in Schertz, TX and involves a rotating Monday–Saturday schedule with several shift options.

Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, resolving complaints, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
• Diagnose issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Monitor delivery routes and progress
• Scan haul‑away pods and verify required stamps
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations
• Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues
