Job summary

MTM, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Representative to serve as the frontline contact for Members, Clients and Facilities. You will verify eligibility, coordinate non-emergent transportation, and schedule trips while meeting performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires high school completion, 1 year in a call center, and strong multitasking and confidentiality skills. Some locations may involve face-to-face interactions; there are growth opportunities into team lead roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of call center experience preferred.
• 6 months of customer service experience required.
• Experience using PC and MS Office.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities to verify eligibility and coordinate transportation.
• Provide top-quality customer service to diverse population.
• Schedule trips in a cost-effective manner.
• Meet KPIs and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Recognize and refer emergent situations.
• Respond and document customer complaints.
• Some locations may require face-to-face interactions with members.
• As skills progress, may take a team lead role to support Supervisor and team.
