Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our onsite Dayton, MN distribution center support team. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries about products, orders, shipping status, returns, and account concerns in a fast-paced call center environment.

You will manage 50-80 incoming calls daily, document interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role such as: Call Center Representative, Customer Service Representative, Order Entry Specialist, Dispatcher, Administrative Coordinator, Customer Support Specialist.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls (50-80 per day).
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, order status, shipping information, and policies.
• Document interactions and case details in the CRM system.
• Process and resolve inquiries and returns.
• Explain return policies and address unique situations with resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely support.
