TEKsystems is seeking an Order Entry Representative to join our team in St. Cloud, MN. This contract-to-hire role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, customer service, and order processing experience who thrives in a professional office setting.

You will process orders, maintain internal relationships, manage documentation, and ensure timely updates within SLAs. The schedule is Monday–Friday, with 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and the position is 100% onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR at least 2 years of order processing, customer service, and administrative support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies.
• Prepare documentation, coordinate filings and recordings, and maintain records.
• Assist customers with order fulfillment, issue resolution, and status updates.
• Communicate service offerings, processes, and requirements to customers and team members.
• Ensure assigned work is completed within established service level agreements (SLAs).
