Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• 1–2 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information on customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to department policies.
• Provide feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Coordinate with Planner for scheduling orders and with credit to resolve disputed items.
• Collaborate with sales and managers to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
