Richelieu is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This on-site role supports customer orders, quotes, and showroom inquiries with outside sales collaboration; you will help customers select cabinetry and building materials and resolve project issues.

The ideal candidate has related service experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative, customer-focused work environment.

Formación

• Related experience in a similar customer service role.
• Knowledge of Cabinetry, Kitchen & Bath or similar Building Materials.
• Developed customer service, problem solving, and project management skills.
• Team oriented and demonstrates initiative.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Excel, Word, Outlook for daily tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phone calls from customers placing orders and provide sales quotes.
• Work closely alongside outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes.
• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement.
• Solicit new or complimentary sales for customers via phone and in showroom.
• Research product solutions for customers to resolve field-project issues.
• Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 4:30.
