Job summary

Richelieu is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will handle customer calls, provide quotes, and support showroom visitors with orders and inquiries. The role partners with outside sales to process orders and offers solutions to client needs in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring experience in customer service, familiarity with cabinetry or building materials, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. Monday–Friday dayshift; competitive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-service role or showroom environment.
• Knowledge of cabinetry, kitchen & bath or building materials is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and project-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Team-oriented with initiative and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls to place orders and provide quotes.
• Assist showroom walk-ins with questions and orders.
• Collaborate with outside sales on orders and quotes.
• Research product solutions to resolve field issues.
• Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
