Job summary

Richelieu seeks a Customer Service Representative for full-time, onsite work in Charlotte, NC. You will handle order information, support the showroom, and assist sales teams to ensure accurate and timely processing and customer satisfaction.

Key duties include taking orders, quoting customers, and researching product solutions while maintaining high service standards. Prior experience in cabinetry/building materials is preferred; AS400 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Related experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Cabinetry, Kitchen & Bath or building materials.
• Developed customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Team-oriented, shows initiative.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, and Outlook used daily.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from customers placing orders and provide quotes.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps on orders and quotes.
• Assist walk-in customers in showroom with questions and orders.
• Solicit new or complimentary sales in showroom and over the phone.
• Research product solutions to resolve field-project issues.
