Job summary

Richelieu invites applications for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Denver, CO. This full-time role focuses on order accuracy, customer inquiries, quotes, and showroom support, with Monday–Friday dayshift.

You will work closely with sales and showroom staff, handle inbound calls and walk-ins, and contribute to customer satisfaction through problem-solving and strong communication. AS400 experience and Microsoft Office skills are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Related experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Cabinetry, Kitchen & Bath or similar Building Materials.
• Developed customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Team-oriented, shows initiative.
• Strong sense of drive and creativity.
• AS400 experience preferred but not mandatory.
• High School graduate, some college courses preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from customers placing orders and provide sales quotes.
• Work with outside sales reps on orders and quotes.
• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and orders.
• Solicit new or complimentary sales by phone and in showroom.
• Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues.
• Hours of operation are Monday to Friday dayshift.
