Job summary

Richelieu is a leading North American distributor and manufacturer of specialty hardware. The Customer Service Representative role is full-time, Monday through Friday, based in Denver, CO, supporting order processing, quotes, and showroom assistance.

You will work with sales reps to ensure accurate order information and deliver high customer satisfaction. Experience in cabinetry or building materials and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Related experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Cabinetry, Kitchen & Bath or building materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from customers placing orders and provide sales quotes.
• Work with outside sales reps on orders and quotes.
• Assist walk-in customers in showroom with questions and orders.
• Solicit new or complimentary sales in showroom and over the phone.
• Research product solutions to solve field-project issues.
• Hours of operation are Monday to Friday dayshift.
