Richelieu is a leading North American distributor, importer, and manufacturer of specialty hardware and complementary products. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time role, Monday through Friday dayshift, supporting orders, quotes, and showroom inquiries.

Ideal candidates have related experience, knowledge of cabinetry/building materials, and strong customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Related experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Cabinetry, Kitchen & Bath or similar Building Materials.
• Developed customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Team-oriented, shows initiative.
• Strong sense of drive and creativity.
• AS400 experience preferred but not mandatory.
• High School graduate, some college courses preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks.

Responsabilités

• Answer phone calls from customers placing orders as well as provide sales quotes.
• Work closely alongside outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes.
• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement.
• Solicit new or complimentary sales for customers via phone as well as face-to-face in the showroom.
• Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues.
• Hours of operation are Monday to Friday dayshift.
