Job summary

Snap-on is seeking a customer service representative for an onsite role at our Crystal Lake, IL office. You will support the Industrial sales field and customer base via phone or email, handling order entry, pricing inquiries, contract reviews, and shipment issues.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to learn new systems quickly, with a team-oriented, detail-focused approach. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience
• Strong ability to learn and adapt to new computer-based systems
• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
• Team-oriented and flexible to handle changing business needs

Responsibilities

• Handle pricing, product information, and order entry requests.
• Process reports on open orders to fulfill promptly.
• Maintain professional communication and escalate issues as needed.
• Document steps in multiple systems for accuracy and audit purposes.
• Attend team meetings and perform other duties as assigned by management.
