Job summary

RINGANA is seeking a Partner & Customer Service Representative in Vinton, VA for a 100% on-site role. You will be the primary contact for customers and Partners across phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems, delivering timely, professional support and driving positive experiences.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries, manage orders, and support the growth of RINGANA's US operations, including order processing, promotions, and partner administration, while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years customer service or related experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with customer service software and ticketing systems.
• Experience supporting customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and Partner inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Assist with questions related to products, orders, payments, promotions, and account services.
• Process account updates and other customer maintenance requests.
• Resolve routine customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Assist customers with shipping and delivery concerns, including order status and tracking.
• Enter, modify, and cancel customer orders as needed.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in systems.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Finance, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Provide product usage guidance and information on current promotions.
• Identify and report website, translation, or content issues for the U.S. market.
• Assist Partner Relations with partner administration processes.
• Review customer and partner documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Demonstrate flexibility by supporting customer service, partner support, and administrative functions.
