Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist II to join the PSA Customer Relations team at our Santa Ana, CA office. This onsite role demands strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced service environment.

You will resolve customer inquiries, process claims, support shipping activities, and collaborate with Operations to provide accurate information. A focused, detail-oriented approach and experience with Salesforce or Google Workspace are helpful.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant customer relations experience within a customer service environment.
• Experience handling customer resolutions, processing and investigating claims, shipping and handling.
• Detail-oriented problem-solver with excellent communication skills and ability to de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment when engaging with internal and external parties.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to find appropriate solutions for customer responses.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by following department protocols.
