Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Customer Care Advocate to serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, handling orders, pricing inquiries, delivery updates, and repair status. You will maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues with clear, confident communication.

Training occurs onsite at the Customer Support Center in Radford, VA, with potential movement to hybrid or fully remote work after training pending management approval.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between facility and customers and communicate day-to-day issues impacting service.
• Handle incoming calls aiming for immediate resolution or directing to support service standards.
• Provide quotations on standard products using established tools and procedures.
• Enter orders into ERP within 24 hours of receipt with high accuracy.
• Serve as customer advocate when working with internal teams.
• Review and validate customer requests for credit/debit adjustments.
• Promote and train distributors and customers on self-service tools.
• Issue RMAs and interpret return policies; quote repair procedures.
• Coordinate with Operations to expedite deliveries as needed.
• Maintain customer records per Regal Rexnord policy.
• Promptly address customer issues or complaints with internal teams.
