Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of related shipping and receiving experience.
• Ability to operate trucks and handling equipment (forklifts, hoists, overhead cranes).
• Ability to work independently and lead meetings with the team.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-resolution skills.
• Attention to written and oral instructions with high detail.
• Fast learner with good communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Supports continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and ensure accuracy of goods and items.
• Verify incoming/outgoing shipments and orders.
• Route items within the facility as directed.
• Compare information with bills, invoices, and orders.
• Pick and stock orders; perform ERP transactions accurately.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Handle material protection and storage tasks.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes to move stock.
• Prepare shipments including packing and bills of lading.
• Drive company box truck for local delivery/pick-up as needed.
