• Develop and maintain customer relationships to understand demand patterns and constraints.
• Provide timely support across phone, email, and digital platforms (Salesforce/ERP).
• Manage and prioritize day-to-day execution and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities using data and GenAI-enabled tools.
