Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or operations in fast-paced environments such as corrugated manufacturing or logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for assigned customer accounts with accurate order entry and item setup.
• Coordinate daily with sales, scheduling, shipping, design, and production teams to fulfill orders.
• Own and manage New Item Requests and data updates with speed and accuracy.
• Track order information and support light billing and payment tracking functions.
• Monitor customer inventory and shipment status using Excel or internal tools.
• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and customers for timely updates.
