Actalent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to guide and support project managers and team leads, enforce rules, and maintain strong client communication. You will ensure projects align with plans and contracts while managing budgets and updates, and keep schedules current with input from the team and subcontractors.

You will operate in line with company values and ethics, represent the firm to build relationships and win new business, lead the project team, and coordinate with owners,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically in commercial construction.
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Experience managing projects in the Lexington/Kentucky market.
• Fundamental understanding of managing schedules, deadlines, deliverables, budgets, subcontractors, self-performed work, and safety.
• Experience managing diverse projects ranging from $5K to $20 million.
• Full life cycle project management knowledge (from estimating through completion).
