Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to serve as the on-site leader responsible for the direction, completion, and financial outcomes of large, self-perform projects. This role sits on the jobsite and leads project staff, including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, field personnel, and trade partners.

You will develop and execute project strategies, implement safety and quality plans, oversee forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $50 million or larger.
• Experience leading self-perform construction operations preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Lead overall direction, execution, and financial performance of large, complex self-perform projects.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel.
• Manage projects using established controls, procedures, and reporting tools.
• Lead preconstruction planning, estimating, scheduling, and cost control.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and manage change orders.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
• Build and maintain client relationships and pursue business development.
