• Monitor progress against timelines and budgets, with adjustments to stay within scope.
• Act as on-site liaison for clients, stakeholders, and the public, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Manage delivery and use of materials and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular safety checks and training to promote a safety culture.
• Identify and address field problems promptly to prevent delays.
