Actalent is seeking a Safety Manager to lead EHS programs on major construction projects. You will develop site-specific plans, collaborate with project teams and subcontractors, and drive a proactive safety culture.

The role requires extensive field work, audits, and training to ensure regulatory compliance and project safety goals. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in commercial construction safety, CHST certification, and strong knowledge of OSHA standards.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience in commercial construction safety programs.
• Knowledge of excavation, trenching, fall protection, and silica controls.
• Experience with incident investigations and return-to-work coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement site-specific EHS plans aligned with corporate programs.
• Coordinate subcontractor EHS protocols and audits.
• Conduct on-site EHS audits and regulatory compliance checks.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Provide EHS training and orientation for project teams.
• Maintain field presence to coach safe behaviors and safety culture.
• Prepare safety reports and updates for leadership.
