Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale construction projects and knowledge of sustainable construction methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities and input to schedule and budget.
• Conduct regular field inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project specifications.
• Monitor progress and adjust to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide leadership to site supervisors and contractors.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
