Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead multi-million-dollar construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will direct field PMs, GC/subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, change orders, and coordination across engineers, architects, and vendors. Travel to on-site locations is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate with field teams, general contractors and owners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage pre-construction and scheduling processes including developing construction schedules.
• Review budgets, manage labor, materials and subcontractors within budget.
• Oversee change orders, RFIs, and submittals to ensure proper documentation.
