Valor Contracting is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-impact construction programs from initiation through completion. You will supervise budgets, schedules, and quality, delegating tasks to the team to meet client expectations.

The role demands strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, and excellent coordination with stakeholders. You will drive project planning, risk mitigation, and documentation accuracy while maintaining safety standards and compliance across phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of industrial construction experience with progressive project management responsibilities.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings and ensure alignment across all project phases.
• Monitor progress against milestones and manage challenges.
• Develop and manage complex project plans with multiple scopes and resources.
• Review and approve cost changes and document financial impacts.
• Manage subcontractor performance and resolve contractual issues professionally.
• Oversee warranty, safety plans, and post-construction activities.
• Guide team with clear goals and continuous feedback.
