The role involves administrative, project coordination, and labor and contract compliance tasks, including payroll reporting on public works projects and coordination with subcontractors and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management team with planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution to meet milestones.
• Assist Project Managers and Estimators in obtaining pricing and compiling information to develop cost estimates.
• Coordinate the application process for permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals.
• Assist with project startup and closeout activities to ensure contractual and administrative requirements are met.
• Prepare, review, and submit weekly certified payroll reports for public works projects.
• Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon wage requirements, including wage classifications and fringe benefit calculations.
• Coordinate collection and review of certified payrolls from subcontractors and verify completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain project compliance files including wage determinations and payroll records.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using CPM scheduling techniques.
• Ensure subcontractors receive required documents prior to starting work.
• Track reporting deadlines and submit compliance documentation on time.
• Communicate with project managers, payroll personnel, subcontractors, and government agencies regarding compliance.
