Job summary

Persons Services Corporation in Houston seeks a highly organized Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of the Houston Infrastructure Group. You will own contract administration, compliance, and pay application processing from project initiation through closeout.

The ideal candidate will have construction administration experience, be a Texas Notary, and be proficient with Procore or similar PM software, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction administration and contracts.
• Active Notary Public commission in Texas or ability to obtain promptly upon hire.
• Proficiency in contract administration, pay applications, and lien waivers.
• Procore or similar project management software proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and field personnel.
• Review, draft, and route prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and amendments for approval.
• Prepare, review, and process monthly pay applications with necessary backups.
• Maintain organized contract and compliance files including liens and certificates.
• Create and manage Procore accounts for new projects and maintain project directories.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document detailed minutes.
