This visible role serves as the primary administrative and project support resource for multiple projects, coordinating with the Director of Construction, contractors, and vendors. You will manage vendor compliance, accounts payable, job cost tracking, draw packages, and project documentation, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date while keeping communication clear

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of construction project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with accounting, job cost, or construction management software.
• Experience with Sage or similar ERP/accounting systems.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business, Construction Management, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor compliance, COIs, and lien notices.
• Manage AP, invoices, pay applications, and lien waivers.
• Track job costs, contracts, budgets, and change orders in Sage.
• Prepare draw packages and close-out documentation.
• Distribute contractor reports and photos; coordinate utilities.
• Support the Director of Construction with meetings and stakeholder comms.
