Job summary

Unitek Insulation, LLC in Pearl City, HI is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project support, helping Project Managers, field crews, and leadership stay aligned. This is a full-time, in-person role that keeps documentation, schedules, travel, and project needs organized.

You will coordinate reports, maintain records, track submittals, and assist with onsite visits. A strong eye for detail, proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook, and a valid driver's license are required;

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills with multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Timberline or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day admin and project support to Project Managers, Managers, and department leadership.
• Process daily reports, timesheets, leave requests, and other project documentation, ensuring information is accurate and submitted on time.
• Maintain project and employee records, including certification logs, air monitoring reports, DOH notifications, and other compliance documentation.
• Prepare, organize, and track project documentation, including submittals, pre-construction materials, and project closeout documents.
• Coordinate off-island travel arrangements for field crews and office personnel.
• Assist with project needs such as waste profiling, manifest preparation, employee badging, and access passes, purchasing, and coordination of supplies and equipment.
• Participate in occasional onsite project visits.
